Named find A named find: creatures drop it rarely, bosses and mini-bosses more often. Not crafted. The gear ladder
Find it
A Epic find: any creature from about level 41 up can drop it as rare gear. Mini-bosses and bosses always roll Rare or better, and elites roll better than most.
Crafted in Explore worlds
Explore worlds A named piece: in Explore worlds it's crafted at the anvil from Primeval Isle materials and its token. Creatures drop it rarely.
A named treasure. Its recipe also takes the Primeval Isle Token, found at Scarjaw the Tyrant's lair on the far side of the Primeval Isle, one a game day. In other worlds it only comes from creatures.
