Bramble Burr
Level 1+It hitchhikes on anyone passing, then argues about the destination.
Field notes
Burrs hitch rides on fur to carry their seeds far away; the idea for hook-and-loop fasteners came from them.
Where it lives
Autumn Woods, in Autumn. Seen from level 1. Its level depends on where you meet it: at home, how far from the village you are; on the other lands, that land's band, lowest near the harbour side. It is stronger at night. Stronger ones are called Murky Bramble Burr (level 15+), Deep Bramble Burr (level 40+), Elder Bramble Burr (level 80+).
How to calm it
Weak to (takes more): Fire +40%
Tough against (takes less): Earth −15%
Its attack: the rolling ram. It is steady (wind-up 0.7 s, then 2.4 s before the next).
Bramble Burrs are weak to fire but shrug off earth. Watch for their rolling ram: sidestep as they start to spin, then hit them while they're dizzy.
Cleansed, it bursts into clean water and leaves.
