Fungal Crawler
Level 4+Is the beetle carrying the mushroom, or is the mushroom riding the beetle?
Field notes
A beetle wearing a whole mushroom on its back. The mushroom may be the one steering.
Where it lives
Glowcap Hollow, in Mycelia. Seen from level 4. Its level depends on where you meet it: at home, how far from the village you are; on the other lands, that land's band, lowest near the harbour side. It is stronger at night. Stronger ones are called Murky Fungal Crawler (level 15+), Deep Fungal Crawler (level 40+), Elder Fungal Crawler (level 80+).
How to calm it
Weak to (takes more): Fire +35%Energy +15%
Its attack: the charge. It is steady (wind-up 0.85 s, then 3 s before the next).
Fungal Crawlers are weak to fire and energy. Watch for their charge: sidestep when they lower their heads, then hit back while they catch their breath.
Cleansed, it bursts into clean water and leaves.
